Book a Discovery Call

Food was never intended to be our enemy. Nor was food ever intended to be a coping mechanism.

But, in a world where we have to navigate fake and addictive food, conform to unrealistic physical standards and overcome stress and emotional hardship, it can be hard to maintain a balanced relationship with what we eat.

However, when begin to view food from God's perspective we start to see just how simple, enjoyable, and balanced our diet can be.

That is why we help you learn through Biblical tenants how to have willpower over the flesh. We also pray with you, teach you healthy living from His lens, and serve as your Christian friend and confidant.

When God is the focus, there is:

No more reaching for food when you are stressed or sad
No more letting your cravings tell you what to eat
No more chronic dieting
No more being afraid of food
No more changing your body for the world
No more letting a medical diagnosis define you

With our dietitian-guided food mindset program, you can explore any barriers that are stopping you from reaching optimal health, and discover a meal strategy that meets you where you are.

Our program starts with a 4 week commitment, with additional opportunities to continue your journey dependent on the level of support you wish to have.

I have been under Ciara's care and guidance for a few weeks learning more about diabetes and what to eat. Ciara's kind nature allowed me to be more open with her and I felt comfortable to be completely honest as well. Ciara was very attentive to my concerns regarding how many macronutrients I should have per meal and per day. She always sent me little reminders to help me stay on track whether it was to check my blood glucose throughout the day or providing me with a new recipe to try. In addition, she was very supportive.

Happy Patron

Ciara is very professional and easy-going. She made me feel at ease and welcomed at the very first session, and gave me lots of advice on healthy eating. Back then, I was struggling with poor eating habits (craving for food and excessive indulgence), she asked me questions from both physical and psychological perspectives to help figure out the reason. Beyond that, she made recommendations based on my needs and wants. I am very impressed by her willingness to listen to the patient and the dedication to her field. Highly recommend!
