Stop eating what the world is feeding you and take back your life!

Every where we look it seems we are being encouraged to eat food that makes us ill. And when we do get sick, or decide to eat healthier, our only solution seems to be a restrictive "fad" diet  that not only creates a toxic perspective of food but also leaves us with more problems than what we started with. However, our creator, who knows every aspect of our being, has already given us the keys to healthy living through His Holy Word, and its not a diet, its a mindset and a lifestyle.

It's time for us to learn how to eat healthy in this modern world, build will-power over today's food choices, and stop relying on temporary fixes.

Give God's template to healthy living a try with our 10-Week Back to Eden Program.

I have been under Ciara's care and guidance for a few weeks learning more about diabetes and what to eat. Ciara's kind nature allowed me to be more open with her and I felt comfortable to be completely honest as well. Ciara was very attentive to my concerns regarding how many macronutrients I should have per meal and per day. She always sent me little reminders to help me stay on track whether it was to check my blood glucose throughout the day or providing me with a new recipe to try. In addition, she was very supportive.

Happy Patron

Ciara is very professional and easy-going. She made me feel at ease and welcomed at the very first session, and gave me lots of advice on healthy eating. Back then, I was struggling with poor eating habits (craving for food and excessive indulgence), she asked me questions from both physical and psychological perspectives to help figure out the reason. Beyond that, she made recommendations based on my needs and wants. I am very impressed by her willingness to listen to the patient and the dedication to her field. Highly recommend!

What to Expect

At the beginning of each class, we will have a mini "progress check-in" where each member shares how they did on their goal the previous week. After check-in, we will either have a nutrition presentation followed by group discussion or a guided support group.
Outside of class, you will upload pictures of your food  from an app on your phone, and there you will receive weekly personalized advice and feedback from your dietitian.

This program will also overview medical nutrition therapy that can aid in the prevention and management of several disease states such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity, so you may experience improved clinical outcomes also!
